Good day, Mountain View! Today we bring you food from Denmark, in the heart of Scandinavia. Danish food reflects its own commitment to local food with a heavy use of cereal products, dairy products, pork, seafood, apples, plums, carrots, potatoes, onions, beer, and bread. Luckily we share a love of these foods and actually have some of them here locally, so come to One-Fiddy and see what the fusion of California ingredients and Danish recipes taste like!
