My photo gallery 		I had to return a defunct router at Best Buy when I decided to hit up Toto's Pizzeria on the way back. It had been on our restaurant wish list for some time now so I figured what the hell. I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni on 1 side and sausage on the other. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes which gave me plenty of time to get there.

The pizzeria is well kept and new looking, so clean I could have eaten on the floor. With a short wait, my pizza was ready for $15??? Wow, kind of expensive for a small 1 topping pizza. I get out to my car and noticed they charged me for 2 toppings....dammm. Grrrrr.....this blows and Im too lazy to go back in there for my $1.50.

Im already off to a bad start with Toto's Pizzeria but the pizza sure looks appetizing. The menu says its a Neapolitan style pizza but it looks like a thicker version of a New York.

sauce - slightly tangy and full of tasty herbs. I wonder if they make this from scratch? Super good.

crust - its the best part of pizza, simply amazing, crust holds firm from 5 minutes after the oven to 6 hours later. Dough was fully cooked and bottom almost had some charring to it. Its one of the best crusts I had in awhile. Excellent.

cheese - quality stuff, plenty to go around. prepare yourself for gooey, stringy cheeeeeeeessse.

toppings - pepperoni wasnt crunchy but they added some herbs on top. GOOD STUFF!! The sausage was even better, it doesnt taste like the standard topping you get at a chain pizza place but the real deal.

Toto's Pizzeria bakes outstanding pizza. Im sitting here 8 hours after eating it and craving more. I know I will be back but will want to try the closer San Bruno location. I would have rated the pizza near a 9 but the charge for 2 toppings puts a foul taste in my mouth. If it was a mistake, the pizza rates a firm 9.
