My photo gallery 		Royal Donuts is right next to the Cal Trains station and Im sure this place is bustling in the mornings with commuters trying to get the quick breakfast. I know its not probably fair to rate Royal Donuts on their selection at 8:35pm but since Im a paying customer wanting a donut, I gotta rate on what I purchase. I ordered 2 donuts, the chocolate sprinkles and french crueller.

Well, the donuts were ok but tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I still ate them....both. Would I come back...sure, its only down the street. I dont know how late they are open but I can guarentee I will be back.

My photo gallery		 Ive been going to Royal Donuts ever since I was a child. Ive recently expanded my horizon by trying different donut shops around the peninsula, but Royal Donuts keeps calling me back for more. Tonight, I have an apple fritter and a cinnamon twist. The Apple Fritter is about 4 inches in diameter and weighs about a pound. the dough is soft in the middle with a bit of cinnamon and apple pieces. Glaze is consistent throughout and the fritter is not burnt (something other donut joints have a problem with). Cinnamon twist is just as moist in the middle with the glaze crumbly.
