My photo gallery 		I love Harry's Hofbrau and visit here about every 2 weeks. I order the same thing and everytime I'm experiencing the same feeling each time I eat the turkey dinner. Yummmmmmy. It's the best budget turkey dinner I've found near my place.

Everyone has been telling me to try the sandwiches and one day I promise to try it. For other folks who have never visited, I'd start you off with the turkey dinner. Here's what you get

turkey - generous portions of white or/and dark. so moist and probably injected full of love. You can see them cooking it by the front doors surrounded by hot lights.

stuffing - The only downfall to the meal as I love my stuffing to have some texture to it instead of a lump of mushiness

mashed potatoes - yes it's full of butter and other magical ingredients that could clog your arteries but it's mouth watering good

gravy - the gravy that god brought down to earth. Your food swims in gravy. Your stomach will love the gravy. The DEA would claim to find illegal substances in this gravy. You will not resist the gravy

corn - I normally get chopped corn and this is the 1st time I've had corn on the cobb. It's better than the chopped kernels and much sweeter. Did I mention it's soaked in butter?

The meal isn't exactly the healthiest meal nor is it anything gourmet with white tablecloths. Harry's Hofbrau is about getting the best bang for your buck while enjoying a meal that resembles Thanksgiving anytime you want it. My turkey dinner only costs $11 and can be eaten in 2 sittings.

If you're not into turkey, they have roast beef, ham, pastrami, corned beef, pork loin, rotis chicken, frankfurters, and daily specials. Be sure to check out their web site where you can find all the comfort food your stomach desires.

Harry's Hofbrau food is a solid 8 and will bump another half point to an 8.5 all because of their addicting gravy.

“Big portions! It's the best Turkey in the Bay Area! The Friday tri-tip is also great, and their daily sausage specials for Oktoberfest are a must. Despite a bit of German schtick, this is not really German but rather wonderful Americana.”

“Get the Chicken Fried Steak on Wednesday, and the Tri Tip on Friday. They're tasty and filling. Get chocolate or Boston cream cake slices to eat here, or full or half-cakes for parties at home or work. Much better than supermarket quality.”
