I know its not fair to rate this place since I havent been here in ages but Country Way was my breakfast restaurant in Fremont. There portions are huge and food reminds me of those early morning diner breakfast meals you would encounter while traveling through Arizona or New Mexico.

You cant go wrong with most of the breakfast plates here. Go for the pancakes and you will find yourself wanting to go back to bed. You get really sleepy eating big meals over here. Food is a bit greasy but if it wasnt for the grease, you wouldnt be lovin the taste.

I have been to Country Way quite a number of times, almost entirely for breakfast. The place is usually jumping during breakfast time on weekends. Be sure to arrive early so that you can avoid the long lines that build up.

I usually order the hot chocolate with whipped cream to start off with and then for breakfast I usually go for the spinach and cheese omelette. I have also gone for the pancakes and the french toast. Its hard to find something bad on the breakfast menu.

The servings are gigantic. The omelette takes up half the plate, and the hash browns the other half. I usually am full before I can eat much of the hash browns. They are good though. The breakfasts also come with toast of your choice with butterjam.

The pancakes are a sight to see. I will need to take a picture of them in the future. They take up the entire plate.

The place is a diner so the food is heavy and greasy. Not much healthy here. But it warms you up and is not terribly expensive. Wait staff are quick to refill your glasses of water or coffee and your orders come to the table at light speed.

Last 10 years: Country Fried Steak'n Eggs

This IS my favorite breakfast place in the Bay Area, it would be a tie between Stacks & Crepevine in burlingame, but ive been here more.I meet my friend from san jose here once or twice a week. Country Fried Steak'N Eggs is the Shiznit Diddley-Doo!

Rib Eye, Corned beef hash & eggs, Ck fried stk

Medium rare when I ordered it medium rare. Nicely seasoned. I hate split pea soup but I'll lap up theirs. I've never had a bad soup. Portions are more than I can handle and the dinner specials include soup & salad along with a dessert. Best Va

I love love love the greek omelet and the beef melt sandwich w/steak fries. The workers are really nice and fast. Oh and the pork chop is good too. If its your first time there, try any of the omelets.
