Its located kind of near Mossimo's and for me, was a bit of a trek across Fremont to get there, but it is definitely worth the trip. In my book, this place is every bit as good as Daybreak Donuts in San Jose. They don't have a gimmick or do donuts a special unique way (like Stans monstrous warm rings). They just do the standard donuts, but REALLY well. I have tried a large sampling of varieties, and they are layed out behind the glass so neatly, that it really is tough to make your choice. There is plenty of seating in the place (which is where I usually eat them) and its very clean in there. Lots of regulars milling in and out but not super congested. Todays visit I brought my 2 sons and we split a decent sized order of donuts . I personally sampled the donut holes, the crumb donut, and (my favorite) the orange cream donut (in the last pic). All are very flavorful - they make you eat your donuts a little slower, savoring each morsel. The orange especially, for me, is truly a treat. The donut holes have a slightly burnt flavoring to them that make them so much richer an experience. The crumb donut was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, moist throughout. Crumbs did not explode all over the place when you bit into them. Perfect. Can't wait to return.
