The lady behind the counter confirmed Las Palomas Taqueria is owned by the same person as San Mateo location. Having been to the San Mateo location numerous time, I kinda had a feeling I would be eating a respectable carne asada burrito.

I ordered a regular carne asada burrito with refried beans, rice, onions, cilantro, pico, and hot sauce. I don't know what possessed me to order a Coke but I did. My final price was $6.98

tortilla - grilled, kinda fatty, didn't taste like a pancake but still good

refried beans - I couldn't figure out which was the salty component in today's meal. It had to be the meat or beans.

rice - very moist, good

carne asada - re-heated on the flat grill, kinda skimped on the meat. Not every bite had meat.

Overall, the burrito was decent. I do have 3 complaints; burrito was on the saltier side, chips were stale, and table salsa needs to be covered. I probably won't come back here as the San Mateo restaurant is closer to me.
