It seems to be difficult for me to find a SalvadorianMexican restaurant that isn't very good. Rosales continues the tradition of awesome Salvadorian restaurants in the Bay Area.

From the outside and inside it looks like a run of the mill Mexican restaurant, but a quick glance of the menu shows you a nice selection of Salvadorian offerings.

Today I wasn't too hungry so I went with a regular Vegetarian burrito. It was only $3.25 but was missing a lot of stuff I usually get in the Super like the guac, sour cream, and cheese. Next time I can't wait to order the super.

I did get a good idea of their salsa which had a nice burn to it but wasn't too hot, some good cilantro, fluffy rice, and pinto beans. The tortilla had the right warmth and mushiness to it that told me it was fresh. I was VERY pleased with my burrito and it filled up my not-terribly-empty stomach quickly. For now I consider this to be a half-complete review. I anticipate returning soon to get my usual super burrito.
