If you're like me and obsessed with eating great food and maybe even browse online restaurant reviews, one of the restaurants that tends to make favorite lists year after year is Burma Superstar. I've been wanting to go here for many years and my luck has been terrible trying to plan a visit. I've attempted 3 times and always scared off by the long lines. Call me a line snob but I refuse to wait in line for most restaurants. I almost walked away but convinced to sticked it out since we got there before the open.

There are literally 100's of reviews for Burma Superstar and won't rehash the obvious. The food here is incredible. Complex flavors and texture in the samusa soup is memorable. From what I'm told, the most popular dishes are Vegetarian Samusa Soup and Rainbow Salad.

Restaurant atmosphere is decorated with beautiful taste and sets the vibe for an exotic meal in Asia. Noise level is quite high so if noise bothers you, I'd go for takeout option.

Bottom line, the food lives up to the hype. The line moves somewhat fast so don't be afraid of that long line.
