Slow rotisserie chicken at value prices

My photo gallery 		I apologize to California Chicken if I wrongly categorized them into the Mediterranean cuisine. Im not sure what type of food this is, their specialty is rotisserie chicken. The place closely resembles Chicken! Chicken! without the carribean theme.

I ordered the half chicken with Fideo rice and Mashed Red Potatoes.

Fideo Rice - white rice in a chicken broth. Tasted healthy and no grease in sight. Might be dry to some people but it probably contains half the fat calories.

Mashed Red Potatoes - this was damm good. Red potatoes cut into small cubes smothered in a creamy garlic rosemary mix. The sauce goes great over the fideo rice.

Chicken - wow...almost as good as my other favorite rotisserie chicken place. You cant wrong with rotisserie, chicken was tender and marinade was excellent. One thing worth noting, California Chicken prides in using hormone free USDA grade A chicken.

I think I found another once a month visit. The prices are good and portion sizes will fill you up. Finding the restaurant might be a challenge, its situated near the 92 and 101 interchange. Just look for Fish Market or Office Depot, it in the strip mall

My photo gallery		 California Chicken is good, the only reason I don't think of this place often is I associate it with health food, which I lump in with 'tasteless food.' I assure you California Chicken is not bland, everything is not only flavorful but appealing to the eye. The colors and spices dress up the food.

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, and service is great. Very humble, homely aura about this place.

One thing I did want to mention was this place is CLEAN, at least from what I can recall. I had a chance to view their kitchen/prep area and remembered being wow'd, spotless.
