With nearly 10 taqueria joints on a mile stretch, it can be hard to choose from. The Burrito Alley challenge is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Ive tried 4 places (Pancho Villa, Taqueria La Cumbre, Taqueria Los Primos, and Charlies Taqueria) on this street and theyve all been good. To mix it up a little, I ordered a carne asada with beans and rice. While waiting for my food, I loaded up on the salsa and chips bar. I got my burrito to go and the order was filled in less than 5 minutes. The guy handed me this heavy bag..what the hell was in here? Probably one of the bigger burritos Ive gotten on b street. I was only able to finish half. Tortilla - good and moist Beans - whole pinto beans Meat - cut into small bite sizes, tender, guarenteed to eat meat in every bite. They didnt skimp out Rice - loaded up my burrito to the brim...good tasting For a low price of $4.25, Charlies Taqueria is quite the bargain for a meal to fill you up and please your stomach. I have no doubts in going back to Charlies Taqueria.

Reviewer: armenv3 Total Reviews: 6 Reviewed: 6/10/2005 Rating: 7 My photo gallery	I visted Charlies one night and ordered a Super Chicken Quesadilla.Nothing too special about Charlies other than the huge amounts of food with your order. The Chicken, although I asked for Pollo Asada, was shredded. The Tortilla was a very thin make. They do put a lot of cheese on the quesadilla, however it does not have the flavor of others Ive had in the past. I was dissappointed with Charlies Taqueria and probably will not visit it again, considering the abundant choices on 'B' Street.
