I had no preconceptions before going here - my friend Robin picked it out beforehand and Italian sounded like a good lunch before heading to watch Ironman in the theater.

We arrive around noon on this Sunday and its not packed at all. We were shown a large table in the middle of the restaurant and were given time to look over the menu. I was thinking of the basic Margharita pizza but changed my mind at the last minute and went for the spicy 4 cheese. We also shared an appetizer of the garlic rolls.

Rolls were out quick and they were kind of tiny but warm and fresh-tasting. The garlic was not overpowering but still quite strong. Very good. There was oil drizzled over them. My 10 year old son enjoyed them as well.

Pizzas took awhile to come out, but they were made fresh so it wasn't a big deal. My personal pizza was pretty large (larger than I was expecting for a personal size) but then again the pizzas here are kind of thin.

The basil leaves were completely overkill on my pizza, I ended up picking off a good percentage of it. I also didn't read close enough to see that there was ham on it. Oh well. I picked off when I could, but just accepted it. That was my mistake. The crust was the same garlic dough that was used in the rolls. Very good crust here, and a hint of crispness. It wasn't very spicy and overall I was just 'fairly satisfied' with my pizza.

My son ordered the margharita pizza and I sampled his. Thin, good cheese, same tasty crust. Its not NY style, but it was still a nice combination and I wouldn't hesitate to come back and go with just the margharita next time. I'll probably raise it half a point for that.

Service was prompt and courteous - helped not having many others in the restaurant at this early Sunday lunch hour. Oh- and Ironman kicked butt (I give it a 9). My son and I agreed it to be the best superhero movie yet.
