My photo gallery 		I have to be honest but I looked at Terrys review before writing mine. I was going to give Windsor Fish and Chips a 7 but its true the Fish was way undercooked in one end of the fish which made it a bit slimey and almost sushiish. Kind of gross because when you eat cheap uncooked fish, it has the worst fishy taste to it. I really hope my stomach will be fine tonight. I cant recommend coming here for the fish and chips. The batter was too thick and bland. It wasnt even crunchy or flakey, they need more cornmeal or breadcrumbs.

Who knows where this restaurant will be going? It looks like they are in the process of migrating fish and chips food to chinese food. They have quite the buffet selection with loyal customers coming in and ordering in chinese. The place was filling up quick.

I had a taste of Julies beef with brocoli and it was good. I would come back and try the chinese food but Im not sure if its worth driving out of my way for just the chinese. If you live in the area, try the chinese food.

My photo gallery 		We found this place just doing a search engine lookup on Sunnyvale Restaurants. Having never seen this place before, we were not sure hwat to expect. Fish n Chips, must be decent enough.

Well Fish n Chips comprises about 30% of the interior of this place. Mostly its just Chinese food. In fact EVERY other customer was a chinese speaking person who ordered chinese food. Oh well, we tried to be different here. How did we do?

Well the Fish was quite undercooked and a bit slimy. Ewww. Fries were just average. Overall I would NOT return for the fish n chips. Cannot believe they call themselves Fish n Chips. Oh well. For the love of Jatbar.

My photo gallery		 I think we were all somewhat hesitant to enter Windsor Fish and Chips when we got there and saw it. Though there was a British flag on the sign, there was also an abundance of Chinese characters. We decided to go in and check it out and discovered that not only does this place offer fish and chips, but its a full-on Chinese food place.

Since Im not a big fan of fish and chips, I ordered a plate of beef and broccoli. It came with a pearl tea for free and was $2.49. Thats some great value! Plus, the food was really good. The rice was moist and tender. There was not a lot of beef in my serving, but it was very tasty. It had a lot more flavor than the normal beef in a beef and broccoli dish. Also, the broccoli was cooked just right. It was tender (not crunchy and undercooked), but still firm (not soggy or flimsy). Id honestly give the food and 8.

However, the restaurant as a whole, Im only going to give a 7. Its not near anything I ever go to, and Im not sure Id ever go out of my way to eat there again, hence the lowered score. But, if I ever found myself in that obscure shopping center, Id be sure to stop in and get some tasty Chinese food at the Fish and Chips restaurant…

“this place offer cheap Chinese food, and some good Taiwan Style food, I was supirse to find the Taiwan Food is really good, at least to me who grow up in Taiwan”
